1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the vbajee platform and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and vbajee.

vbajee is an online betting and casino platform providing safe and entertaining services for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms may change from time to time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members. The latest effective terms will always be available on this page.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on vbajee, you must be at least 21 years of age. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. You must provide your correct age at the time of registration and may be asked to submit documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each member may open only one account. Multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") belonging to the same person are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and the balances in them will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The following information must be provided accurately and completely at the time of account registration:

• Full legal name (as per national ID card or passport)
• Correct date of birth
• Valid mobile number or email address
• Correct address

vbajee reserves the right to cancel accounts and forfeit winnings if false information is provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent financial fraud, vbajee may request documents from members for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this process is completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Giving anyone else access to your account is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity that takes place from your account, unless it is proven that a third party accessed your account without authorization.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. vbajee will never ask for your password by phone or email.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are currently accepted on vbajee:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300. Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is incomplete or other security checks are required.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

vbajee follows anti-money laundering policies in accordance with international standards. If suspicious financial transactions are detected, the relevant account will be subject to investigation and authorities will be notified where necessary.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member may use each promotional offer only once.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot run simultaneously unless specifically stated.
• If the bonus requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
• vbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

The vbajee VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bet and game outcomes on vbajee are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or server outage, the original stake for that bet will be returned to the member's account. However, no winnings from an affected session will be paid out.

• Minimum and maximum limits apply to all games and betting activities, which are displayed in each game's interface.
• For sports betting, bets can be placed up until a match starts; separate rules apply for live betting.
• If a match or event is cancelled or officially abandoned, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• vbajee's decision on odds changes is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Abusing bonuses or promotional benefits ("bonus hunting" or "bonus arbitrage")
• Playing games using artificial means or bots/software
• Intentionally exploiting any system or game error
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage ("collusion")
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using or attempting to hack another person's account
• Misconduct or making threats toward vbajee staff
• Unauthorized scraping or copying of any part of the platform

8. Account Closure and Restrictions

vbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time without prior notice, if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Identity verification is not completed satisfactorily
• Legal or regulatory requirements are not met

Members may also request to close their own account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance in the account (subject to bonus-related terms) will be returned.

9. Responsible Gaming

vbajee believes that gambling is for entertainment only — not as a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

Members can use the following features:

• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your own account for a set period of time.

12. Limitation of Liability

vbajee makes every effort to ensure fair play, but we are not responsible for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connection outages or issues with a member's own device
• Loss during unexpected server downtime or maintenance periods
• Loss caused by technical errors from third-party game providers
• Account loss resulting from a member's negligence or disclosure of security credentials

13. Changes and Amendments

vbajee reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes as much as possible.

Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be considered as the member's acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may request to close your account.
