On this page you can learn how to set deposit limits, place time restrictions, activate self-exclusion and get support when needed. Every step of responsible gaming is in your hands.

Tips for healthy and enjoyable gaming

💰 Set a budget

Before each session, decide on a fixed amount to spend. Spend only that amount — stop when the budget runs out. Never spend extra money trying to recover losses.

⏰ Set a time limit

Before you start playing, decide how long you will play. Our session alert feature will help you keep track of time. Leave enough time for family and work.

🧠 Do not bet on impulse

Do not place bets when under stress, feeling low or after drinking. Make decisions with a clear head. Gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to find emotional relief.

🎯 Keep realistic expectations

There is no guarantee of winning in gambling. Every game is independent — a previous result does not influence the next. Play for the fun of it, not in the hope of a guaranteed win.

👨‍👩‍👧 Be honest with your family

If you feel the need to hide your gambling habits from your family, that is a warning sign. Talk openly with them — they are your greatest support.

🔄 Look for other entertainment

Life has many forms of entertainment beyond online gaming. Sports, family time, reading or spending time with friends — keep a healthy balance.

Frequently asked questions

Responsible gaming means gambling consciously, in a controlled way and for entertainment. It includes setting a budget, sticking to time limits, not chasing lost money and seeking help when needed. vbajee gives you the tools and support to do all of this.

Log in to your account and go to "Account Settings" or the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you will find the option to set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a waiting period to help avoid impulsive decisions.

Self-exclusion locks your account completely for the set period. You cannot resume playing before that period ends. This is intentional by design — so that a decision made in an emotional moment cannot be reversed. Once the self-exclusion period ends, reactivation must be completed through the support team.

The minimum age to create an account and play at vbajee is 21. Age is verified at registration and you may be asked to confirm your identity using a national ID card or passport if needed. We follow a zero-tolerance policy to prevent access by minors.

Yes, our support team provides service entirely in Bengali. You can get help in Bengali via live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, according to Bangladesh Standard Time. You can also write to us by email in Bengali.

A time-out is a short-term break — from 24 hours up to 30 days. It is for taking a temporary pause. Self-exclusion is a long-term decision — once activated, it cannot be reversed before the set period ends. If you feel the problem is serious, self-exclusion is the stronger form of protection.
